Ross & Julie have 60+ years clinical experience between them including many years working at tertiary adults & childrens hospitals.
Julie Uhlmann (BPhty) grew up in the South Burnett and is a registered physiotherapist with 30 years of clinical experience.
Commencing January 2022, Julie will be providing a fortnightly visiting paediatric physiotherapy service to Wondai, Kingaroy, Murgon and surrounds. Home visits available.
Julie has a wealth of experience providing physiotherapy care for babies, children and teens aged from birth up to 18 years of age.
Covering all areas of paediatric physiotherapy practice including assessment and treatment of:
- Neck and head shape issues e.g. plagiocephaly
- Developmental delay (including low muscle tone)
- Neurological conditions e.g. cerebral palsy
- Congenital disorders and syndromes e.g. Down syndrome
- Musculoskeletal and orthopaedic issues e.g. sporting injuries, Osgood Schlater’s, Severs, post-surgical or fracture, weak core, feet or legs turned in/out, toe walking and back pain
- Continence issues (bladder and bowel problems)
- Respiratory issues e.g. bronchitis and bronchiectasis
